Expert in Chinese railway aerodynamics and train impact dynamics, professor and doctoral supervisor at Central South University. We have achieved a series of original and engineering application results in high-speed rail aerodynamics, train collision dynamics, and safe driving technology in strong wind environments. Led the team to complete the design of streamlined train shapes that have been put into operation in China, developed a strong wind monitoring and warning system for the Qinghai Tibet Railway, and built the first domestic train aerodynamic characteristic dynamic simulation experimental system, as well as the only domestic rail vehicle collision experimental system. Received 5 National Science and Technology Awards, including 2 National Science and Technology Progress Special Awards, 1 National Technology Invention Second Award, and 2 National Science and Technology Progress Second Awards. And won He Liang He Li Science and Technology Progress Award, Zhan Tianyou Achievement Award, Guanghua Engineering Technology Award, Guangzhao Science and Technology Award, etc.

Tang Zhigong has been engaged in the research and application of hypersonic aerodynamics for a long time, and has achieved systematic innovative results in the development of a new generation of hypersonic wind tunnel test system and the aerodynamic design of new hypersonic aircraft. Innovate the design theory and method of high Mach number large-sized nozzles, invent high steady-state high-quality arc heaters, successfully develop a new generation of hypersonic wind tunnels, construct a theoretical and technical system for hypersonic aerodynamic testing, and make China's hypersonic wind tunnels reach the international leading level; Revealing the mechanisms and laws of various complex flow disturbances, proposing compatible design and experimental correction theoretical methods, and successfully applying them to the design of new aerospace vehicles, promoting the near space and orbital re-entry hypersonic vehicles to surpass the world's advanced level.
Sansan Ding
Deputy Chief Engineer of CRRC Qingdao Sifang Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. and Deputy Secretary of the General Party Branch of the National Engineering Laboratory (Engineering Research Center), Director of the National Engineering Research Center, Executive Deputy Director of the National Engineering Laboratory, Director of the Rail Transit Composite Materials Special Committee of the China Composite Materials Society, CRRC scientists, enjoy special government subsidies of the State Council. Outstanding achievements have been made in the integration technology of rail vehicle systems, lightweight technology of vehicle bodies, application of aluminum alloy materials for vehicle bodies, vehicle body strength, vehicle body mode, air tightness strength, passive safety of train collisions, train aerodynamics, vibration and noise, and other aspects. Ding Sansan led a team to develop a high-speed maglev transportation system with a speed of 600 kilometers per hour in China, which was undertaken by CRRC and has completely independent intellectual property rights. This is the world's first high-speed maglev transportation system designed to reach a speed of 600 kilometers per hour, marking China's mastery of high-speed maglev technology and engineering capabilities.

He has conducted extensive research and teaching at Ruhr University Bochum, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, and Dresden University of Technology, and has been invited as a visiting professor at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, University of Stuttgart, Dresden University of Technology in Germany, and the University of Notre Dame in the United States. He has been deeply involved in numerous major structural engineering design projects, with his core research areas covering shell structures, wind load effects on large buildings and structures (including TV towers and antennas, long-span roofs, high-rise buildings, bridges, and pedestrian bridges), large wind turbines, and offshore wind energy structures, with his project experience spanning multiple engineering fields both domestically and internationally.
Alan Edward Vardy
Fellow of Royal Academy of Engineering
An internationally renowned civil engineering expert, he served as Chair Professor of Civil Engineering at the University of Dundee from 1979 and as Vice-Principal from 1985 to 1989. His research has long focused on tunnel aerodynamics and transient fluid mechanics, particularly operational safety in road and rail tunnels. A recipient of the Royal Society Industrial Fellowship, he conducted key studies at Mott MacDonald. As a leading authority in tunnel safety, he chaired five International Conferences on Road and Rail Tunnel Safety, two Conferences on Tunnel Control and Communication, and three Symposia on Vehicle-Tunnel Aerodynamics and Ventilation, while organizing numerous international workshops. His work spans critical areas including transient flow wall friction, numerical errors in the method of characteristics, steep-fronted wave evolution in long pipelines, railway tunnel micro-pressure waves, and real-time predictive control for road tunnels.
Jialing Le
Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering
Researcher at China Aerodynamics Research and Development Center. Hosted and led the demonstration and construction of the technical renovation plan for one of the key technologies in the "921" project; Creatively established a horizontal pulse ground experimental device for China in the development of ground experimental equipment, laying the foundation for solving key aerodynamic problems in satellites, launch vehicles, and other applications. Le Jialing led a research team of nearly 100 members, the CARDC Air Breathing Hypersonic Technology Research Center, to carry out research on hypersonic aircraft technology powered by air breathing propulsion systems and key technologies of scramjet engines, and achieved breakthroughs. Significant progress has been made in the aerodynamic physics of re-entry breakthrough through ground experiments and research on hypersonic non-equilibrium flow. The leadership has developed scaled model testing techniques and achieved significant research results.
Jinxue Li
Chairman of the Wind Engineering and Industrial Aerodynamics Professional Committee. Participated in multiple key scientific research projects, including the development of the power system for the wind tunnel test bench of helicopters, and solved technical problems such as speed closed-loop control; Invited multiple times to participate in important industry conferences such as the National Conference on Structural Wind Engineering and deliver speeches, providing suggestions and recommendations for the development of aerodynamics research and society in China at academic symposiums; Utilizing PIV technology to conduct experimental research on the measurement of rotor wake in forward flight state, revealing the influence of wind speed and tension coefficient on it, and also participating in the development of a low-speed wind tunnel ultrasonic precise ranging system to improve the accuracy of distance measurement in the wind tunnel, providing technical support for related scientific research.

Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of CRRC Qingdao Sifang Locomotive & Rolling Stock Co., Ltd., and legal representative of CRRC Sifang Co., Ltd. The "New Generation Intelligent Suspended Monorail Train" R&D project led by Xu Lei won the first prize of the China Intelligent Transportation Association Technology Invention Award in 2024; the "Intelligent Assessment Technology for Full Life-cycle Service Performance of Rail Vehicles" project he led won the first prize of the China Intelligent Transportation Association Science and Technology Progress Award in 2023; the "Development of 250 km/h Fuxing EMU Train" project he led won the second prize of the China Communications and Transportation Association Science and Technology Progress Award in 2022.

Vice Chairman of the Chinese Aerodynamics Society, Director of the Fluid Dynamics Committee of the Jiangsu Mechanics Society, and Member of the National Computational Fluid Dynamics Special Committee. Long term commitment to research in computational fluid dynamics, computational electromagnetics, aerodynamic noise, and other fields, especially in high-precision multi field numerical simulation and artificial intelligence application research. He has presided over 5 national level projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, a major aerospace project and the National Numerical Wind Tunnel sub project, and more than 10 vertical projects such as the aerodynamic pre research project, the aviation fund, the fund of the State Key Laboratory of Aerodynamics, the joint fund of the First Academy of Astronautics, the civil aircraft pre research sub project, and the installation and development common technology sub project.
